My time in the themed entertainment industry includes working with Disney Imagineering and Mousetrappe, where I saw projects through from blue sky to completion. Some of my highlighted projects include being a creative designer for Pandora: the World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom and lead designer on Happy Ever After at Magic Kingdom. I also did early concepts for the Indiana Jones themed bar in Downtown Disney, Orlando. 

 

Since forming Mike Schwalm Creative in 2019, I have worked with a variety of clients including Paramount, Universal Creative and Storyland Studios. I've also worked on a few Tiki Bar projects, including a personal project of building a Tiki Bar in my garage out of cardboard. I think most of my clients would stress the speed in which I complete my work, producing high quality content with a quick turnaround.
